ALIGNHER CLIENT ENGAGEMENT AGREEMENT

Outcome & Responsibility

AlignHER is a strategic self-leadership coaching intensive designed to support identity recalibration, aligned decision-making, and structural life shifts.

The Client understands and agrees that:

• Coaching is a collaborative process.

• Outcomes are directly tied to the Client’s level of engagement, honesty, implementation, and action.

• Insight without action does not produce transformation.

• The Coach provides strategy, structure, tools, and guidance.

• The Client is responsible for execution, participation, and personal accountability.

The Client acknowledges:

• Results are not guaranteed.

• Progress is proportional to participation.

• Implementation between sessions is required.

• Missed assignments, lack of preparation, or inconsistent engagement may impact results.

By enrolling in AlignHER, the Client agrees to:

• Attend scheduled sessions prepared and on time.

• Complete assessments and assigned implementation work.

• Communicate openly and honestly.

• Take full responsibility for decisions and actions taken during the program.

The Client understands that this experience is not therapy, legal advice, or financial consulting. It is a structured coaching engagement focused on self-leadership development.

By signing below, the Client affirms their commitment to full engagement and personal responsibility throughout the 10-week container.
